How to remove your Snooker Sim account and everything we hold about you.

If you haven't signed in, we don't have an account for you — you can clear everything locally by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you signed in with. Include:
We'll confirm receipt within a few working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by UK GDPR. Once it's done we'll reply to confirm. The deletion permanently removes your account, your saved shots, your published positions and your scores, and cannot be undone.
You can also revoke Snooker Sim's access from Facebook directly. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find Snooker Sim in the list, and choose Remove. That stops further data being shared with us, but doesn't on its own delete the account record we already hold — email us as above for that.
Analytics events are anonymous (no name or email is ever
sent). When we delete your account we also disassociate the
opaque user id we used to link analytics events to your
signed-in profile. You can opt out of analytics entirely at
any time by appending ?tracking=off to any URL
on this site.
Hosting-level request logs (IP, URL, response code, user-agent) are kept for a short period for security and abuse prevention and roll off automatically. They aren't tied to your account.
